We want you and your little one to love every item from The Hair Bow Company, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain hair accessories and final sale items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your bows and apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
