How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair accessories and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your hair bows sold individually or in pairs?
Unless otherwise specified in the product title or description, our hair bows are sold as single units. This allows you to mix and match colors and styles to create your own unique look.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I care for my tutus and bows?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend spot cleaning bows with a damp cloth. For tutus, hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Never use a dryer, as high heat can damage the delicate tulle and ribbons.
